As it reads on the front page of the group...

-Click "Gallery" on group's main page and then click "+Submit to this Gallery". Afterwords choose 'submit new deviation' or 'contribute an existing deviation' and then a new window will pop up and you'll get to choose which picture you'd like to submit!

(You can choose which folder you want as well.)
